Exchange/Return Policy

Any items to be returned must be in original, unused condition in intact original packaging.

We check all goods prior to dispatch, however if any purchase arrives to you damaged, please contact us at service@thegildededge.co.nz within 3 days of receipt of delivery. Any replacement of damaged items will be made by us at no charge to you.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return goods purchased from the website within 14 days for a store credit of the purchase price, less delivery fees. You will pay for the delivery cost of the original purchase and the cost of returning the goods to us by our standard delivery method.

Unless items are faulty The Gilded Edge reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges on sale products.

If any goods are faulty please let us know and we will do our utmost to remedy the situation in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
